I have learned many modalities in the past 20 years of doing massage, each and every massage I do incorporates several different styles and techniques.

Lori Middleton Therapeutic Massage is a private practice located in Bothell, WA.
I only accept clients whom I know, or are referred from another client or friend.

Every massage is customized to fit your needs.

Each massage session will start with a consultation to find out what you need for that particular massage on that day. You are always welcome and encouraged to communicate with me before and during your session about any changes in pressure, technique, or modalities you’d like to use/change/try during your session.

Your massage session may consist of a combination of one or more of the following:

  • Swedish
  • Deep Tissue
  • Myofascial Release
  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Sports Massage
  • Prenatal/Postnatal/Infant
  • Hot and Cold therapies including, Hot or cold stones, gel packs, warm towels
  • Aromatherapy
  • Active and passive assisted stretching of muscles and fascia.

Regular Rate

  • 30 minutes -- $35.
  • 60 minutes -- $65.
  • 90 minutes -- $90.

Weekly Rate

  • 30 minutes -- $30.
  • 60 minutes -- $50.
  • 90 minutes -- $75.
